I moved since my AOS already filed an AR-11. My Sponsors for my AOS where my wifes parents which they still live in the same adress home do they have to file the I-865??????

You wife is your main sponsor and yes she should file form I-865 if she moved with you.... her parents are only co-sponsors and they would only file form I-865 if they changed address...
The I-865 should be filed within 30 days of moving.... so your wife may wish to file this as soon as poss...

No, they don't -- they have not moved, so there's no need for them to file an I-865.
