Does a A.P hold up your Green Card if you are Pending?
Also do you have to make up the time when you re enter the USA?
Someone at work told me every week you are out of the USA you have to make up the time by two months. Has anyone heard this before.
Thanks Kath58.
AP is processed apart from your AOS... so no it will not delay your Greencard.... AP should be approved before you have your interview or get approved for AOS because you don't need it once approved and Greencard is in hand...
Your someone at work is wrong... you do not need to make up time outside the US... unless you have been out of the US for months are are applying for citizenship...
