btw, i saw months ago a post about getting foreign college courses reviewed by some place here in the states. nessa's got college and we need to get that recognized by something here in the usa. anyone got that link about the place that reviews foreign college credits?

Alhamdulillah for rest areas.

I stopped at damn near everyone of them from Illinois to Florida. My phone died and I didn't have a car charger. So I was plugging into wall outlets in rest stops to get a few minutes of message time. I had no idea Georgia and Florida were so long and boring..lol.

Things I have learned:

There is a Lebanon in Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee. There is a sign in Kentucky that says 'Driving Buzzed is Driving Drunk' followed by a road sign for Redbud Dr.

I still love my Sentra, but finally I am checked into a nice motel, sucking up free internet. My room has, check this out, a coffee pot, an ironing board and a microwave/frig! CMT is playing videos on the the TV and I am safe and secure. Thank you to Amal, Noura, and Jenn --and all of you for your thoughts while I was travelling. I had some moments of insanity and I appreciate my friends for caring. Time now for a much needed shower.

Nagi, we both skipped work early to come home & stare at Mina's passport... could that be considered celebrating ?

We should be going out soon with all of our friends to say goodbye & take lots of pics!! We won't quit our jobs until we get the tickets, but we will give them notice.

Wow, charles... they are so friggin slow !! I guess that's what we have to look forward to . Mina has the CR-1.. the conditional visa. That means we'll have to remove conditions, but I'm not happy about dealing with USCIS again.

lol. She had referenced her association of instant coffee sometime back.......although it serves the purpose it's no where near what the real mackoy is.

congrats again!! my husband and I were looking for tickets for him....a one way ticket to nyc was about $500 on egyptair.com...didn't find anything cheaper than that..

i used ECE for my husband...we payed to expedite it and it was supposed to come after 2 weeks--we got it in about 8 days...and altogether, i think we spent around $200...
