Yes. I went to the court house, explained my situation and eventually ended up in the Magistrates Office. I don't know if your lawyer can write the letter. I am 'guessing' that an attorney can write the letter. But again - I do not know for sure.

did u show emails and chat too thta was not enought proof??
I had a small amount of emails (less than 10 pages). That is why I had to relied so heavily on my phone records.
