1. Copy of passport (front and back page)
2. Recent photo.
3. DS-230 Part 1 (She downloaded from Mumbai consulate website and plans to fill up those download forms)
4. DS-156 Part 1 (She downloaded from Mumbai consulate website and plans to fill up those download forms)
5. Applicant's statement.

My fiancee is planning to send these to the consulate rather than waiting for Packet 3 from consulate.

Those who sent their packet-3 earlier, did you send via VFS office?
