In terms of us sending in pictures of us with our son can we just print off about 4 pictures on one sheet of paper or do they have to be the actual photograph? Plus do we have to get anything notarised?

Pictures on a sheet of paper is fine, only thing in I-751 package that is recommended to be notarized are affidavits from friends and relatives.
