I´m trying to find out how many of us is here is waiting for our cases to be transferred to NVC?

I am waiting. Its been almost 6 weeks. I just called USCIS and they did a service request to see why it hasn't been sent.

We were approved on Jan 29th. I called the NVC yesterday and was told our case was forwarded to the Prague embassy on Feb 15th. Guess the truck was almost fill when CSC sent my case to NVC.

I am in the same boat. Both my I-130 and K-3 were approved on the same day, Jan. 9. I see your I-130 was approved on Jan. 10, day after mine. I called on Feb. 8 to ask why mine has not been sent to NVC yet and she thinks the K-3 was never separated from the I-130 folder and sent to the NVC. She thinks it went to the National Records Center with the I-130 to be stored. She ordered my file to be sent back to USCIS to see if this is what happened and is supposed to cal me back, but as of yet, I have not heard from her. I am going to call and inquire tomorrow as it has been two weeks since she supposedly did this. She said it could take up to 2 weeks for it to get back to USCIS, so I will see what happens tomorrow. I'm also waiting, but it's only been a week since the approval. My congressmans office said they would followup after 2 weeks and call NVC for me. With all the horror stories here, I doubt it will be there.

We called NVC yesterday and were told that our I-129F was sent to our embassy yesterday so hopefully I will hear something from them soon
