I am just trying to get a feel for it. I have some medical conditions and lots of reasons that add up to a lot (losing the house, not being able to attend grad school, etc.) but not children, no MS or anything. Has anyone gotten a waiver like this approved? If so, can you provide a sample so I can compare?

Thanks,

Hey delalunaluna I got approved and have no kids or anything like that, as a matter of fact I was only his fiancee. I think you have to write a good hardship letter and most likely you will get your visa, have hope and Im sure everything will be fine. Yeah go to www.immigrate2us.net and you will see a lot more people with same situation. Good luck to you
