A Nationalised bank in Delhi said that they will not be issuing a draft for the Consulate as it is in the same state as the bank (Delhi). They will give a banker's cheque... Does the Consulate accept banker's cheques or does it have to be a draft..
In case anyone wants to answer directly to Manya - this is a query she has.
Couldn't check with the consulate coz they will not pick up their phone except b'ween 10-12 in the morning mad.gif
