Hi,

I am re applying for Advance Parole. I am confused about part 3 on the Application. It says if you are applying for advance parole document skip to part 7.
Dont i reply to number 4 have you ever been issued a reentry permit. Which i have a Advance Parole which was issued on the 6/28/2007. It runs out before i travel again by 4 days so i have apply for a new one.

Also do i fill out part 5.

Help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Are you applying for Advance Parole (your adjustment of status application is still pending) or are you leaving the country as a conditional permanent resident and need a re-entry permit?

Advance Parole and Re-entry Permit are different.

My AOS is still pending

Fill in Part 1, Part 2 (check "d") Part 3 and then Part 7.

I am cruising to Alaska which stops at Victoria in Canada for 6 hours so i need Advance Parole. To re enter the USA.
