My husband and I applied in the end of January and we haven't received anything. When I call the recording is for those who haven't heard anything after 4 weeks. It hasn't been that long yet. THey haven't cashed the check yet either. I'm freaking out. The one time I didn't pay the 30 bucks for next day air...AARRGGHH! Oh and it went to the Vermont service center...

Give it time.... you should get the NOA1 soon..

Thanks for that. I was just scared about it getting lost. We were so broke after paying the fee that I opted out of paying for the second day air.

It can take up to a month. Take a look at our time in the signature below. I know...we freaked out too wondering if our petition was gathering dust somewhere.
