I was marreid to an american man on August 16, 2005 and divorced on Feb 1, 2008. I had been married for over 2 years.
My green card is about to expire on June 16, 2008
I need to file Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.
Under these conditions Do I need to file a waiver or Can I just submit my paperwork and make the payment to The USCIS?
