So I have gathered all my evidence, made copies of everything etc etc.
Now I am wondering if I should send in all orginals like bank statements, phone bills, etc etc, or can I just keep my copies, and if so should they be stamped by a notary?
Thanks people, one week and counting until postage day!!!!

Notarization adds no value to your evidence... don't waste your effort... unless originals specifically requested copies are acceptable.

copies. You have to send copies. Only send originals in case they are asked for, later on. The only notarized originals you can send are the affidavit letters. On the other hand, copies don't need to be notarized

Thanks everyone, I did read the info again, and saw that it said to submit copies of everything.
