oh I got another question
to my understanding when I travel to canada with the AP they will remove my I 94 on entrance
and give me a new one when i come back home ( to the states ) and stamp my 2 copies of I 131
will they keep 1 I 131 ?
and will they do that process every time when I will travel or can i travel to see my kids ,
once a month for a weekend without getting a new I 94 till the 3 month validation is up ,
and was also wondering once i have the GC will I still have to aply for the i 94 when coming back home ?? or will my German passport and GC be enough without a I 94 W,
cose I thought we only need i 94 to enter another country not comming home , why do we get a new one when comming home when traveling with I 131?

Here is
my response to a similar question Melyssa had. Not sure if your process will be exactly the same, Lona, since you're not a Canadian citizen. You don't require an I-94 when you have your greencard.
