it's been two weeks since I both faxed and couriered my Packet 3 papers to the consulate in Bogota, and still nothing, I did this on January 29th and 30th. There are no traces there of either my fax or the couriered papers. I was asked to fax my documents again on the 6th which I did, the fax failed on their end and I was asked again to fax.... one week later nothing....this is so frustrating....what can I do,,,anyone has any ideas?

thanks

If you sent it via Servientrega as well they should have it by now. You need to call the embassy to make sure they have them. If not, send them again via Servientrega, if they still say they don't have them, there is something going on at the embassy that they're not letting you know.
