Thanks Spirit it's funny but I've been taking some Kyolic Acidophilus pills. I figure if I get enough good intestinal flora in the gut then this problem will go away on its own. Seems to be helping.

one of my bros ended up wiping out most of his intestinal flora when he was in high school, some crazy combination of traveler's meds-over medication I'm sure. Anyway, our great old-style Ozark doctor had him drinking half a cup of sour, raw milk every day for 2-3 weeks to reinnoculate his system. I guess it worked, but fairly hard to take. Also, not sure what the regulations are on raw milk in Canada are. In the US it's not legal-but our neighbors had a couple of milk cows.

Home-made yogourt is best but store-bought works (though not as well). I know when my brother was a Frosh med-sci they were big on 'tell your patients to be careful when travelling overseas and eat plenty of local yogourt if at all possible.'
