We filed all our paper work and the USCIS sent us a NOA stating they recieved it on OCT 16, 2007.....When I last checked to find out if Johns EAD was approved it said still pending. But they are working on OCT 30,2007 EAD....Does anyone understand this stuff. I would have thought we would have recieved something by now.
