Hi everyone! I got a concern here. I was done with filling-up & printing of form DS-156 last week. Yesterday my cellphone was stolen and that number was the one I used in filling up the Mobile Number part in the DS-156 form. Is it ok to print out another form with the newly generated barcode with my new cellphone number updated? Please help!

YES,

The website does not keep any data, it just generates the barcode.

So YES you can fill out a new one.

i agree ... i generate 5 times coz of some typo error.
