Luckily, my husband just received his work authorization, and he already has a job! However, we are unsure as how to fill out his W4 form for tax withholding. Does he need to list as a "non-resident alien" or does he just note it normally as one half of a married couple?
Any knowledge on this would be helpful. Thanks again
