You can call the SSA 800# (1-800-772-1213) and ask them to search DOORS by City and State.
Note: Applicants who live or receive mail in the Brooklyn, NY, Queens, NY, Phoenix, AZ or Las Vegas, NV area MUST apply in person at one of the Social Security Card Centers.
