We got an RFE for our I864, they want more pay stubs or something (didn't tell us if they meant my husband or our sponsor, but I will phone them and ask). It says in the letter to fill out a new form with the changes, so I'm confused about whether we need to send another I-864 or just the pay stubs. Does anyone know if you have to fill out a new I-864 even if they just want something else, like tax receipts or pay stubs?

If I was you I would fill up another I-864 again and send it with stubs.

I received an RFE for our I-864, for more proof of domicile and they wanted me (sponsor) to include my Canadian income and tax returns.

They sent back the entire form (not the documents that were included with it) - I'm surprised they didn't send back your I-864 if they wanted changes on it.

Anyway, to be on the safe side I would fill out a new I-864.

I called and finally got through. . . they said they just needed pay stubs for my husband and that was all. I guess that's what I'll send. We'll see what happens
