Hi! we both filed for CR-1 and K3 but CR1 got stuck in the NVC I have my interview date for the K3 on March 6 and it looks like i'll get a late april interview for the CR1 because until now, it still hasn't completed
Dave and I agreed that the fees doesn't matter anymore as long as we can be together asap!

sis, did dave try to call the NVC for an update on your ds230? its quite unusual that they have yet to act on this. i remember when it was taking them a long time to review our I864, i had mike call the NVC for the update, only to find out that our set of documents were lost in between their mail room and the adjudicators, so we had to resend. better call and confirm that they have the documents with them so you can ease your mind as well. at long last after 18days from NVC automated response, we just received it today ( i-864 and ds230 forms) ;P now we have to prepare this crucially. hay. ang hirap ! kc i need co-sponsors its been past 3 weeks wala paren tax transcript na nirequest ko earlier sa irs. nagrequest ko thru fax.
