My fiancee and I are currently engaged and planning to marry this year. My fiancee entered the country illegally from Jamaica 7yrs ago and we now have a 13mos old daughter. We would like to know if there is any way to have him become a permanent legal resident after we marry and if so, how do we go about it?

I have no clue on this one. You might want to go to the Jamaican thread and ask this questions. Under the region section click on Carri bean. Then at top there is a yardies thread.

Welcome to VJ! Regarding your fiance, you may want to consult an immigration attorney.

Welcome to VJ --- your case sounds quite complicated since he entered the county illegally and you guys are not legally married. Your best bet is to consult an experienced immigration lawyer.
Good luck, L.

Welcome to VJ. The seven years of illegal status is a serious problem, you better check with an immigration attorney.
