1 Can a prisoner marry to a immigrant?
2.Can a sponser be an ex-felon?
3. Does the immigrant have to live with the sponsor if the husband is still incarcerated?
4. Can the immigrant live in the US with her B2 visa after marriage, and does she have to file for a I-130 asap?
5. If the US citizen is incarcerated, who pays for the filing fees?
6. What exact forms do we need to file on a B2 visa? (after marriage)?
7. How does does it take if we get married in the prison?
8. Do I need to file I-864 with I-130 together?

Please begin by reading the appropriate "Guide". Just click on the work "Guides" at the top of any page. Some of your questions won't be answered there but you need the basic knowledge.

1. If they can marry a citizen, they can marry an immigrant.
2. Yes.
3. That would be up to an adjudicator but it would be difficult to show evidence of a bona fide ongoing marriage relationship without cohabitation.
4. File the I-139 ASAP, since you will have entered using the K1 visa, (You must do this to immigrate based on the marriage.) your status is derived from your K1 visa and marriage. Your B2 is irrelevant until you have advanced parole. Don't leave the US until you do or you won't be allowed back in. If you are here on a B2 already, disregard the comments applicable to the K1 visa but you cannot leave after marriage.
5. Anybody can pay the fees.
6. B2 visa is irrelevant unless you are already here and the intention to marry and immigrate occured after your most recent entry to the US. If so, read the Adjustment of Status Guide.
7. Yes for adjustment of status.

Caution, it is unclear whether you are already in the US on a B2 visa or will be obtaining a K1 fiance visa. Please clarify because a couple of the above answers could change.
