Now I'm waiting for my biometrics appointment (no notice sent yet, hopefully it'll be soon)

i am little bit surprised that it says "You should expect to be notified within 365 days of this notice" since CSC is a SLOooooooooW office (NOT 425 days)....
satura
Also got the fingerprint notice today too! 1 day after I received NOA1 and 2 weeks after 1 sent out the application. Great!

hi everyone! my fiance filed I-129F last Feb. 9 at California Service Center. It was received on Feb. 11 and the check was encashed the same day however until now he has not receive NOA1. I already have the case number though and when I checked it on the USCIS site it states that NOA1 has already been sent. does it take that long before he receive NOA1? I hope someone can enlighten me on this because I'm quite worried
ilovecookies
how did u get the case number???

What is your local office and where did you go for FP? My wife was given both a history/civics booklet and a CD at the ASC in L.A.

I got my FP done at the ASC in Boston -- and I got diddly squat... I had no idea that you could even get civics stuff from them! I guess I'll have to seek out my own study materials whistling.gif

Mind you, I'd rather they spend their money on improving processing speed than providing literature...
Lady_K
received 2 letters; NOA priority date 2/26 and FP by 3/18.

my local office is san jose, it's ok, coz the materials could be found from USCIS's website. but it was written in the FP letter that some study materials could be obtained from the app support center.
no big deal.

Hello,

2/27/08- N400 received at Nebraska
2/27/08- Priority date
3/4/08- NOA

I sent my application and only after we came home we realized that we left out all the supporting documents including photos!!!!!!!! I thought they will not accept my application but they did! jest.gif jest.gif

On the NOA it says not to send supporting documents, only bring them to the interview......We will see how it goes.

My I-751 is still pending since January 31, 2007.

Is there anyone who had interview for naturalization with pending I-751. How did it go? What did they ask. Thanks for help!!!!

Danutuke
Lady_K
Danutuke,
Did you leave all the supporting documents out or only a few?
Good luck with your process..

danutuke
We left everything out! wacko.gif

The only thing in the envelope was application and check smile.gif

I know it sound silly, but I had a cold and we were in so much hurry that we just sealed envelope and left the rest of the papers in the bag......

Thanks.

I had my fingerprints done today. I asked them if I can get an extension for my extension letter (since my I-751 is pending for more than a year now) and I was told that I need to make an infopass and try to get it and he also said that he is so sure that I'll get my N-400 interview by than...I'd love to believe it!
