i want to make sure if the I-130 that i sent to chicago lockbox on january 20 received..is there otherway beside checking my bank account to see if the $355 application fee is cleared..wich is still not cleared yet.

Not unless you sent the package with some sort of tracking or delivery confirmation.

YES , BY CHECKING THROUGH THE TRACKING NUMBER WHEN U SENT YOUR PAPER/ OR PLEASE GIVE IT A LITTLE MORE TIME FOR THEM TO CASHED YOUR CHECK AND SEND YOU NOTICE. ITS NORMAL FOR USCIS TO TAKE WEEKS/ OR MONTHS SENDING THE NOA1.
OR IF YOU WANT , YOU CAN CALL THEIR HOTLINE AND TELL THEM U ARE NOT GETTING ANY RECEIPT YET, THEY WILL ASK FOR THE PETITIONER'S NAME/ BENEFICIARY'S NAME, BOTH OF YOUR BIRTHDAYS. AND YOUR ADDRESS, AND WHEN YOU SENT YOUR APPLICATION(SO PREPARE THAT BASIC INFOS)...

i sent the package by regular mail, i will wait for a while then call the uscis hotline as one of the VJ users said.
i didnt know that it will take long for the NOA , i just hate to wait for couple months to figure out they didnt get my package at all.

Just a suggestion, I think everything about immigration-mailing stuff is worth to pay a bit more for tracking the package. If you don't wanna pay too much for Fedex or UPS, USPS does have a certified mail that cost a bit more than regular mailing but still cheap. Just ask them for a tracking system, and if you wanna keep it on budget, don't pay more for the signature receipt thing (I'm not sure what they call it but they always offer that extra option when you ask for tracking system).

i alredy got the NOA1, i didn't know at that time that it will take a long time for the uscis to send an NOA1(they use to reply faster in the past) that's why i didn't think about sending the package using a delivery confirmation..but since then everything i send now is with delivry confirmation receipt,
