Is there anyone got this problem too?? I tried to call to the USCIS Hotline in late Dec, but the lady just asked me to wait to receive the NOAs within 90 days. <I filed the EAD and AP with AOS together on Nov 28th, and I received the NOA of AOS on Dec 6th...I also did my biometrics for AOS and EAD on Jan 4th already> So I don't think it's my address problem as I could receive the other notices from them!!! wacko.gif PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks a lot!!

Make an infopass appointment at your local USCIS office. Ask them to verify the addresses they have on file for you. Ask them if you can see the envelopes that were returned to them (I know, I know, a LONG shot), but the reason for this is my 2nd AP arrived in an envelope where the address was so badly smeared that it was pure hard work and professionalism of my mail carrier that it was delivered! The name was on the envelope, but half the street name, and street number where smeared to oblivion. The city name was smeared but with a lot of close work could be made out as well as the postal code. When I saw how badly it was smeared I realized just how lucky I was that my postal worker took the time to look closely and figure out the correct address! I tested the ink myself to see if just getting wet would cause it to smear but it doesn't - the only cause would be as the address was printing on the envelope and something caused the inkhead to move or smear.

I suspect that I am not the only one who has suffered this problem. I did send a letter of notification to the return address advising them of the problem and including a photocopy of the address, but never heard anything back.

If they can check the file and find the returned envelopes it may clear up the mystery of why they were 'undeliverable'.

Thanks for your reply. How to make an infopass appointment? and what should I bring along?
Indeed, I also checked with my local post office and they couldn't find any returned mail with my name. (both before/after married)
