Wow I just realized again that it is only 2 days until our Interview. It is Monday February 11th at 0730 which will be Sunday night 11:30pm here. Of course he may have to wait for 5 hours or more before they actually interview him. I will not be able to sleep Sunday night.

Everyone pray that it goes well. Also, that we do not recieve any long AP and finally that we receive visa in hand in a short time. I realize it is possible we will get a long AP but I am praying instead that we are an exception to the rule and we will fly right through with no problems.

This Journey is sooooo hard because you have to do it while away from your SO. It is so much easier to face obstacles together than apart. It has taken me 14 years to decide to remarry and I would just like my husband beside me. I do not understand why that is so hard for them to understand.

Anyway, thanks to you all for your support and words of encouragement.....couldn't have survived it this long without you.

The yellow guy is the Cairo Consulate and the purple dude is my husband. Apparently they haven't fulfilled their sadistic quota yet so he is still undergoing some S&M. Hopefully soon they will be satisfied that our lives have been ruined enough and they will issue the visa. If they're truly sadistic they will wait until I am no longer able to bear children. That's what my money's riding on anyways. I tried to find one with a yellow dude slappin' on a rubber glove and a purple dude bending over but I failed. That would truly show the level of dignity that they have stripped from him. (and me )
