My 2 year Condition Green Card is expring at th end of February 2008. I have already applied tolift the condition. I ha my biometrics appointment. I know there is a big baklog with USCIS. SUppose by Nov 2008 (Which will be 90 days before I get my greencrad for a total of tree years) I decide to apply for citizenship can I do wihout having my condition lifted?

Yes you can do that.
My aplication will be in May, probably next year before I hear about removing my conditions.
Yes, you can do that, and a number of us will be in the same position within a couple of months.

Plenty of people have, probably be the norm going forward.
i'm going to do it this month. filed for I-751 last year and still didn't get the approval. i heard a lot of people do it here.

I'm one of them too...sending mine next week.
I got the card in the mail yesterday so nevermind! I guess I will send my package at the end of November for citizenship!
