my husband got the email reply from NVC about the DS-3032 and it sounds like they are sending the IV bill...would some one please tell me if I am reading this wrong?

"The NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection. The Immigrant Visa
Application (DS 230) processing fee bill will be sent to the designated
agent on the case. The fee must be paid according to the instructions
before the instruction packet will be sent"

Here is an answer to my own question ...I called NVC and they send the DS-230 fee bill will be generated next week some time that is one week after receiving the DS-3032

DS-3032 can send via email, if u get a reply which mean they already process your case.
if not it stil idle

ds-230 will send out after they process your ds-2032

DS-230 would be the last thing....things to follow up are AOS Bill, IV Bill, I864/affidavit of support and than DS 230.

sounds like the e-mail you got is for the aos fee they are waiting for to recieve they send out the ds-3032 and the aos fee bill at same time then comes the iv bill and I-864 affidavit of support then come the ds-230 which has to be sent back via. mail or delivery courier. but this e-mail is they have accepted the choice of agent and will be mailing all to agent now got it good luck and congratulations

my husband e-mailed the DS-3032. that is the only form you can e-mail. I am sorry i typed incorrectly. an early morning before work with a revelation...brain not fuctioning properly....sorry everyone

sorry about the typing error this morning...I did call NVC and they said that the I-864 packet had already been mailed and the DS-230(IV) fee bill will be mailed next week. so I have my work laid out in front of me now then it is back to waiting. this sounds like it wont be a long wait if the timelines of others hold true here. I am getting excited with the sight of progress...feels a lot better then the months of hearing nothing from USCIS.

We emailed our DS3032. when should I send the payment. will they mail me something first or I can just send it

You just send a text email, no need to attach a scanned copy of the form or anything.

You might want to look at James's shortcuts if you are going to use shortcuts that come after the DS-3032.

there are automated messages at nvc and i sent the payment when I got the one that said it mailed the AOS fee bill and the ds 3032...here is the link that gave me the information so I knew when it was time. I call nvc automated message every tuesday to see if there are any updates with our application.

Great link with the list of NVC messages! Can you send the 3032 email as soon as you get a message in the NVC phone system that has your NVC case number? Or do you need to wait until it says "3032 has been mailed"? About how long does it take between these two events?

(We just got approved by USCIS last week and I can't wait for morning so I can call NVC )

you have to wait till auto message system says it has been generated then your free to e-mail and send payment for the aos fee bill good luck
