hello guys..just had my interview done and it is sucks..why? because the person who interview me and my husband is so mean..she said she will probably deny our case because we have submit too much paper works like Affidavit of support and made her alot to do..i mean come on right?we send new updated affidavit of support I-864 and I-864A for the safe side..shes getting mad like we didnt understand what we are doing..she keeps on repeating the words denial to us..what is wrong with her?i mean if ever we send too mcuh paper or documents she can disregard the other document that is not needed for my AOS right?i hope you guys will agrre to my opinion..and for the record she keeps on banging our affidavit of support for maybe 2X in her desk..it is honest mistake that we did that..but what is wrong with her to review it and throw away the forms that is not really important right? i know she will deny it..oh well..lets wait and see!

Hi, God know the best. but as opinion i dont think she will deny it! and maybe she will approve it . for 1 reason, and the reason is! she has the right to deny it when u were there. but she dint !!!! and this is good for you. that means you still ok.! and about u brought alot of papers. this is not problem i went to my interview with hand bag and box full of papers lol. and was very good! just lets hope that u will hear good things about ur papers.
But as i said maybe she hold it , just to review it again and this common.

I hope so..but i mean why is she being mean while we just sent sem alot of I-864 because we dont want to have another problem..thank you for your opinion..it is really irritating and not okay for me what happen erlier..it is too much for me..i mean infront of me and my husband shes banging our papers because we send them too much paper work to do?that is totally mean..hahahaha..

Dont worry and dont let this things bother you, i know it's hard especially when human treat other human bad i call it humiliation, but you will find like that kind of people everywhere. therefore let the ship go with the wind. all what u need from them ur GC, thats all, so you are not going to make friendship with them

I got my interview few days ago. Same story. Mean, rude person interviewed us. Except she said that we brought not enough evidence. She said that they have to decide what to do in my case and they'll send me a notice in 4 weeks. Now I'm all stressed out waiting. That's BS. I know how you feel.

oh my! hope this won't happen to us on the 11th this months

yup it is so FU that they have to let us suffer while we are suffering from waiting for them to finish our application and not disobeying or breaking the law..she told me that i will recieve her decision if it is denied or approved or she need additional evidence..god have mercy!!

Pray for that my friend..because you might dont know if you will experience the same thing like my case..i hope not..and i will pray for your case to be okay..sometimes those people who knows that they have power they will abuse it and victimized those innocent people and have them suffer..

I hope so..just be prepare for whatever....and try to answer their question without hesitation..

From what I can understand from your post, it sounds like the interviewer was pehaps upset that you brought in additional Affadavit of Supports to the interview? This was new ones or updated ones? If this is the case, maybe she was annoyed that she didn't have all the updated information earlier and now she'll have to review everything again, before giving you her answer. What does she think you didn't understand? Were the forms filled out correctly? I hope if you are denied that they indicate why and you can submit further evidence or information that is required.

Okay when i recieved RFE telling us that we didnt meet the required poverty guidelines..we found out the first one that we have submitted is wrong just we copied from the old one affidavit we used for my visa application and for us to recorrect everything we sent them back the updated I-864 and I-864A for the safe side with again some additional evidence..she was upset because she dont have time for my case to review it..plus even if she will approved it or deny it they dont have the right to be so rude infront of us and slamming things infront of me and my husband..they are the IO who supposedly recorrect our mistake but not to be rude and mean..we are trying to tell her our situation but she dont want to listen..we didnt even sit down yet and there keeps on saying alot of BS infront of us..whew
