My interview is on March 17th for my wife cr-1, Do i need to file for my 2007 income tax and take it with me to the interview or is my w2 enough? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
You need 3 years of tax returns for your C-1 interview
You dont have to file 2007 tax return before the interview, but you can if you want and use it as one of the 3 years of tax returns. You will then use your 2007, 2006 and 2005 returns.
If you do not file before the interview you will need you 2006, 2005 and 2004 returns

Since you interview before April 15 you don't HAVE to have 2007 taxes done. Of course of you choose to use 2007, 2006, 2005, you can. But 2006, 2005, 2004 will be fine....
