I have a question regarding the douments I have to bring to the interview
in the Appointment letter I got from NVC it's written:

If a sponsor filed an I-846 and provided the NVC with proof of an IRS Federal Income Tax Extension in Ilieu of a Federal Income Tax Return, the applicant must bring the sponsor's most recent Federal Income Tax Return to the visa interview.

My question is do I have to bring the Income Tax Return to the visa interview if in the checklist it says: " financial evidence was completed and reviewed"???
Thanks

THERIS A CHAOS IN MY HEAD
if I do need to bring Tax Return Forms
Is it supposed to be the las year only or for 3 years?
Can it be copies?
THANK YOU
Elvis
As you can see they are talking about Federal Tax Return Extension
Didi you ask IRS for extension of filling? (some peple do when they have no money to pay taxes on time)
The also say if you did provide the NVC with proof of filling for an EXTENSION , than you have to bring for interview the MOST RECENT TAX RETURN that you did
natashenika
so what you are saying is if you paid your taxes on time you don't need to bring anything but the proof of the ongoing relationship ???
My interview is in 2 weeks and I want everthing to be prepared in the correct way
that's why I need your help dear VJs smile.gif
thanks for understanding and your help and support

NO No I am not saying that
I am just reading your post which says the wrote to you , that if you have filled for an extension of tax return you have to bring most recent tax return
I don't know if they write that to anybody or for a specific reason

Anyway just bring them most recent tax return, that is all what they are asking for

By the away
you should know if you filled for extension or not
