my husband and my inlaws filed my IR1 visa in TSc and its taking forever to get a NOA1,,is there a possiblity to apply a tourist visa to attend my husband comming home cermony wen he get back in states from iraq.. im curruently live here in philippines,,pls anyone give me advices..thanks
