Now you have to call to find out if your I-864 forms are generated, right now you should get everything filled out and have it ready to be sent to NVC as soon as this form is generated. On they other side of the chart, you have to wait untill you will recieve the IV Fee, after you send it in with the money order or chashiers check, then they will send you a actual IV form that the beneficiary has to fill out. Right now you should have your husband or wife start collecting all of the documents they need to go with the Immigrant visa application. Then, depending on your embassy that the interview will be held at, you either have to fill out both parts of the application but only sign the fist part, or sign both parts. Im not really sure on that myself but you should check into that so that way you will be ahead of the game. Hope i helped a little

First want to thank you on your respond Alex and yes, you helped me. My husband already is collecting the needed documents and he will be ready to sent it to me soon. I would like to ask you do I have to send original transcripts and W-2 taxes to NVC or it can be a copies?

Thank you again!

You should also go to the National Visa Center forum and read the Timesavers thread, it lists everything step by step and that way you will know what to expect.
