Now i read some stuff here i was so worred about the pettition that we sent in the Tsc,,im getting mad cos why it takes forver to get a NOA's??why they can move thier ### and realize lots of couples suffering being apart to each. other..
Try no to worry. It is a slow process most times. I'm sure they have your application.
I sent it on jan 16th to Chicago lockbox and I'm still waiting.They are working on the petitions sent on dec 27th so don't worry you'll get your NOA soon.

You have delayed your NOA1 by sending the petition to Texas instead of the Chicago lockbox. Eventually, when your petition arrives in California or Vermont, they'll get you a receipt.
