fiance was and still is unemployed. mother was co-sponsor. had the interview and paid the delbros fee. safe to say its already approved?

I would say its "APPROVED" when the visa is received by the fiancee. Goodluck!!

it was for the delivery fee...anyway thanks for the replies... the consul sez wait for the visa....on that premise i assume its approved and the visa is forth coming. my concern is that the petitioner has been out of job since last year coz he preferred to stay here until the whole process is through. when the co asked him about it...i think i heard him say he is exempted(?), and that his mother would act as his co-sponsor...
