Hi everybody!! I filed I-130 back in September with a lawyer and up till now I havent got a NOA1. Everytime i call the lawyer he says that he has no info yet. Even when I call USCIS i still get nothing. IS this normal?? Anybody out there having the same problem?

Yes, There are many who get NOA1 who filed even in December. Either your lawyer missed it or something is wrong. You can see the uscis.gov web page for recent update on
