Hi VJ,
im newbie on this site...my fiance had his interview lately and the lady asked him some few questions...it was going alright untill she asked him how long we have been together in person, so he replied ''for ten months'', then she asked if i have a resident card which we didnt know about it...so he said no, then she said she should go to the police department around his area and tell them and u will pay a fine...she said that was just an advice because thats moroccan law for immigration not our law (usa law)...then she asked him 4 or 5 questions about my family, then she handed him a letter which is 221(g)...and she told him that he should let me contact them by sending them an email to make an appointment for me and him...and then she told my fiance they will call him withing 1 month, because our case need some administrative processing in washington DC...and finely when he asked her to take a look on our evidence of relationship...she said ''i will see them on ur second interview''.
now we are lost, because we dont even know if we are denied or approved or what??
Has anybody went thru that before???
if we are denied, then why did she tell him they need to send them to WA.DC??
how long does it take for them to schedule the second interview???
how long does it take for moroccan governement to solve that problem and give me the dang fine i should pay??
i repeat again has anybody went thru that mess before???
Thank you
