I was hoping for a good game and it sure was!! There were a few players onthe Pats that iwould have enjoyed seeing win (jr seau, Moss) but was pretty happy with the under dogs winning, can't go wrong there. Mannings Super Bowl MVP's back to back!

Was a very exciting game. We were cheering for the Giants.

Okay, seriously. I'm quite indifferent to football but my husband and family like it. Anyhoo.... the after-game stuff when first one guy claimed that they were the best in the "world" and I looked at my husband and made a remark. Then when the next guy said how this proved that they were the best in the "world", well..... I smacked my forehead and said "I can't watch this any longer". It was a great game!! I scared my son's girlfriend when I jumped up and screamed at that final touchdown. FANTASTIC!!! Go Giants!!!

tee hee.. let them think what they want.. if they could win the World Cup THEN they'd be the best in the "world".. yeah.. no idea how "big" the world is for sure- or how "small" american football is in comparison to the other "world-wide" sports.

Keep in mind that the ball was more than 10 feet off the ground when Tyree caught the ball. I still can't believe Manning escaped and Tyree came down with it on his helmet. NFL Network has been showing this all day and in slow motion it looks even more impressive. Made a rather dull game into a truly enjoyable one. Right up there with Max McGee's catch in Super Bowl I (1967) and Lynn Swann's catches in Super Bowl X (1976). If you somehow missed it, here it is again.

Okay I'll admit to two things.

One: I watched that play and was thoroughly impressed.

Two: When I first read this thread's title, I thought it said: "Replying to Magnificent Bastard Did It!!! Bye Bye Pasties!"
