Hi all,

I had MMR and DT injections done yesterday for free at my doctor but all they will give me for proof is a computer printout "all immunisation records" with my full name, date of birth and my National Health Service number. Will that be sufficient? or should I try to bug them to get something on headed paper ?

and by the way ....my arm hurts like hell today laughing.gif

All I have is my little yellow immunization record card (In it's little plastic case)...it does say the Ministry of Health Ontario on it...my name and the date of my birth.
I just got my Tetanus, Pertussis and Diphtheria updated on wed (my arm is still kinda sore, but probably not as sore as yours though)
I asked my Doctor about having an official written letter and he said no, the most important document I have was in my hand.
I'm sure the print out they gave you will suffice...if you are still unsure, call back your doctor and ask if you can get something more official.
Best of luck to you!! Feel better! rose.gif

Yeah - I have to go back for HPV on Tuesday although I don't think I need pertussis as it says it is for children on the London Embassy website... I just got a screen print as well that the nurse signed but it looks really cr@ppy so I am going to ask if there is something that looks more official as proof!!!

The printouts are fine -- plenty of people going through London have reported using them successfully. I'm sure Knighstbridge are used to seeing similarly unofficial-looking printouts from GPs before. No need to work yourself up about it! good.gif
