My first didn't workout, which the K1 was appoved Dec 2006. I submitted for the second K1 Sept 2007. The second I-129f was approved last week. I typed up a waiver request and sent with my I-129f stating why my first didnt work and why my second would. Live is good

My fiance left me at the Embassy! Well not really but she broke up with me just before her interview. Anyway I have met someone else in less than two years and we want to get married. I contacted an attourney and found out about this Law, I have no idea how to persue this. There is very little info. out there about it that I can find. Please help! I have been reading the posts and realize I have to file a waiver but do not know how, is there forms somewhere? Sorry I feel lost.
Thanks for the help.
Yes, simply write a letter explaining the earlier circumstances and requesting the waiver, then include it with your petition. There's lots of discussion in this forum, so I'm sure you can find some examples.
