My fiance left me at the Embassy! Well not really but she broke up with me just before her interview. Anyway I have met someone else in less than two years and we want to get married. I contacted an attourney and found out about this Law, I have no idea how to persue this. There is very little info. out there about it that I can find. Please help! I have been reading the posts and realize I have to file a waiver but do not know how, is there forms somewhere? Sorry I feel lost.
Thanks for the help.

My first didn't workout, which the K1 was appoved Dec 2006. I submitted for the second K1 Sept 2007. The second I-129f was approved last week. I typed up a waiver request and sent with my I-129f stating why my first didnt work and why my second would. Live is good smile.gif

Yes, simply write a letter explaining the earlier circumstances and requesting the waiver, then include it with your petition. There's lots of discussion in this forum, so I'm sure you can find some examples.
