I REALLY WANT TO CALL THE USCIS HOTLINE MYSELF, BUT I KNOW IT'S NOT EASY TO GET THROUGH AS MY HUSBAND SAID EVERYTIME HE CALLED IT OFTEN TOOK HIM AN HOUR FROM DIALING--PUT ON HOLD AND--TO FINALLY TALK TO A PERSON (WHICH FOR SOME REASON,NOT POLITE ENOUGH TO ANSWER QUERIES, OR MAYBE IT'S UNLUCKY FOR MY HUSBAND TO TALK TO A NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I'D TRIED IT ONCE, AND NEVER GOT A CHANCE TO TALK TO A PERSON (IT'S BECAUSE I GOT ZERO BALANCE FROM PUTTING ON HOLD
