ok, I guess this is a funny question. Because I read some people's comments on K1- timeline, which says the packet 3 was mailed to Guangzhou ahead of the P3 arrival. Not sure if that's an option, my case is already sent to Guangzhou, is that ok to mail in the packet 3 forms since I can simply download those forms on line?

We sent ours before she received her P3.
After reading on VJ and http://candleforlove.com that after you call DOS and they tell you that GUZ has mailed P3 to you. Then you are safe to send the downloaded forms.
Once I called DOS and the woman told me this is ok.
BE SURE THE DOWNLOADED FORMS ARE NOT EXPIRED.

We are a little nervous. But I have not heard of any problems with this.
In a couple of weeks I hope we can report that all is good!
