My co-sponsor was my brother-in-law (my sister husband) so, I put brother-in-law. But in this case, you can put future mother-in-law and future brother-in-law, or my fiancee's mother and my fiancee's brother.
You'll decide. Any option of relationship is the same idea. Good luck

This question confuses many people but the first clue that the question is not asking how the sponsor is related to the sponsor is that when there is only one sponsor, the answer would be self. The question asks how the beneficiary is related to the sponsor. The preceding question asks for the beneficiary's name, then "relationship to sponsor". They want to know the beneficiary's relationship to the sponsor. For a sole or primary sponsor of a K1 or K3 visa applicant, the answer will be spouse, fiance, or fiancee. With the petitioner's mother as co sponsor one would write fiance's mother or mother in-law.

For K2 or K4, adjust as needed.

Agree with above.

If you look at the "example form", you will see that if one person is sponsoring one's fiance/fiancee, the beneficiary relationship to the sponsor is fiance/fiancee.
