My Mum was issued her visa in London on the 22nd of October, 2007. She arrived in the USA on the 18th of November 2007 and I was wondering how long we should wait before chasing her Green Card. She is planning to visit Mexico in June and I we need to know if she can go out on her passport visa, or if she needs the Green Card to reenter the USA??
