my then fiancee came into the US in August 2007. We then married and have since received work permits and travel docs for her.
Now, we would like the children to follow.
Do I need to sponsor them individually, or do they get to come in on their mother's original K-1 visa?
We are expecting the Green Card sometime this spring or early summer for my wife.
what forms should I fill out?

yes, i should have posted more info.
the kids are 15, 13 and 9.
we listed them on the original application for the K1 and received a K1 Visa for their mother on june 2006.
I am wondering if I need to apply for seperate visas for the kids or if they can follow to join if I apply for them on the original visa issued in june 2007.
I am confused as to if I need to file seperate 130 forms for each child and pay the fees, or if I can just pay any fees required and bring them in on the original visa issued to their mother in june 2007.
this follow to join stuff is confusing.

Sounds like you need to get them K2's, follow to join is good for 1 year.

yes, we want to get them K2 visas follow to join.
I understand we have one year for follow to join rights.
but, how do we apply?
I tried calling the embassy in bogota, colombia. but they only accept calls to the visa office on wednesdays from 2 pm to 4 pm. and the phone line is always busy.
then I tried calling the info number where they charge you 16 dollars to talk to a call center but the only advice I received was to make an appointment to go to bogota and talk to the visa office in person.
I am trying to find out how I can schedule an interview for the children later this spring/early summer.
I am trying to avoid making an extra trip to bogota, colombia.
also, one question I have is whether we need to only apply before one year of the original visa, or do we need to have the interview and visas in hand before one year of the original K1 visa of their mother?

we finally finished all the paperwork and went to the scheduled interview at the embassy.
basically, we received instructions from the embassy as to which forms to fill out, completed all the medical exams, paid the interview fee, went to the embassy for the interview with all out paperwork and were granted the Follow to Join visas for the kids.

GREAT NEWS, Glad you did not have to refile all the forms as far as the I-130 etc. Do not forget the letter from the other parent for the kids to be able to leave Colombia.
