finally uscis has updated the processing time yesterday .their priority date is JULY 19,2007.

You mean October 2007?,we almost have the same timeframe, did u get your NOA1?
we're still waiting for the NOA2.

My NOA1 was issued on 22 Oct 2007. I am very anxious to receive NOA2 any day now even though I have seen the timelines have become a little longer lately. I'd like to think positive and hope for the best.

Seems like they process Vermont Service Center faster than the CSC

Were november filers too, our noa1 was dated november 29 and our case has been updated once last december 20. We are hoping some good news early march...

My application was received October 9th, and approved mid January 2008.

My application was received in the mail room Sept 14th and was receipted by the CSC on October 31, 2007. Seems anything that goes through the mail will take one month or more before it is receipted. Mine has been touched two times but no NOA 2. My RFE was based on a expedite request filed in December 20th, followed on by an email requesting further information supporting it. I faxed and mailed the information. Waiting to hear.

How come our case the uscis didnt TOUCH IT????

Hey, I'm a November filer as well. I hope we all have a speedy process!

Now here's my quick question: I just checked my Timeline and I read the following message "Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated as early as May 13, 2008".

Does that mean NOA2 will be received in May? Or it is referring to the whole I-129f process?

Any advice will be really appreciated.

Hopefully, the nightmare will be OVER soon!

MY TIMEFRAME SAYS IT WILL BE APPROX IN MARCH

Nineta, It is refering to an estimated date of the I-129F being approved. Time starts over again when after approval it is sent on to the NVC. then to the US Embassy in Spain. From the Embassy info on VJ it looks like about a week after the US Embassy in Spain recieves it from NVC you will get packet 3 and after you send back the required forms the interview will be scheduled 3 to 4 weeks out. Then if approved the Visa should come by mail after about a week. NVC and on things move faster and it looks like you have a quick embassy... some take months. I know it seems like such along time but the way I look at it is the hardest part is waiting for the NOA2. The rest will be busy waiting as opposed to the long drawn out endless waiting we are experiencing now......sorry that was the best way I could think of to explain it.

Yes I have asked the same question before,it means thats the time they will make a decision regarding our case, I doubt if we'll make it until may,lets pray that our I129F will be adjudicated on march or early april.
