my fiance was asked for a waiver because he has filed a previous k1 petition...then we send our reply last jan.16,2008 but right now im checking my status online still did not changed...its still REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE SENT...
is it possible for my status will not be changed?how will i know that they receive our RFE reply already?
