OP's post now has punctuation marks and edits, to make it more understandable.

You need to file for Adjustment of Status for your wife, so she can get her Employment Authorisation/Advance Parole and eventually the Greencard. Please read through the Guide section that specifically applies to Adjustment of Status.

Thanks - I find it very annoying that people don't use ANY punctuation. (I'm an English teacher)
Now the post makes sense.

I think it is better to apply for her SSN after you get married so that she dont have to apply again or go back to their office. Some state ask for marriage certificate for SSN application.

Why does your timeline show she arrived 09/19/2007, if you say she arrived in December?

If she arrived Sept. 19th, she is SOL on getting an SSN based on the K-1 status. If she arrived in December, the SSA office is full of s**t and you need to go back to the office and ask for the office manager if the service rep will not take the application.
